Companies of the group are named to identify their activity: Newtec Bag Palletizing, Newtec case palletizing, Newtec handling systems (somefi+samovie), Newtec filling systems (mapco).

Hermier buys Newtec International (Newtec FTH+Newtec Palettisation), MBO with 3i & IPO; the group becomes Newtec International Group.

 

1997

MBO with 3i and IPO (palettizing divison of ITW).

 

1995

ITW buys Newtec International.

 

1986

Newtec trademark gets registered. FTH is specialised in bag palletizing and Le Monte Vite becomes NEWTEC Palletizing, a specialist for unit load palletizing systems.

 

1984-1985

Bongrain takes over FTH and Le Monte-Vite.

 

1972

German group FTH Hamburg creates FTH Mulhouse.
