AVENTUS was founded in 2018 as a joint venture of global market leaders HAVER & BOECKER and WINDMÖLLER & HÖLSCHER. The two parent companies united in their motto "Perfect Combination of Competence and Technology" as well as in the company's name. The Latin word "Avena" means oat, and "Ventus" means wind. AVENTUS is also the parent company of NEWTEC BAG.

Their solutions can be adapted to your entire packaging line, or just parts of it. They are particularly suited to applications in the chemical, salt, fertilizer and animal feed industries, as well as in the food and agricultural sectors, but can also be applied to other bulk products.

HAVER & BOECKER is a family-run medium-sized company with its headquarters in Oelde, Westphalia. Founded in 1887, today's oHG includes the wire weaving and machine factory divisions. Together with over 50 subsidiaries and 150 agencies, Haver & Boecker is a technology leader and trendsetter in these areas on all five continents.

With its worldwide network of branches and production facilities, the Wire Weaving Division is one of the most important international manufacturers of woven wire cloth.

The machine factory is an internationally recognized specialist when it comes to processing, transporting, storing, mixing, filling, packaging, palletizing and loading bulk materials.

Founded in 1933 in Krefeld, Germany, BEHN + BATES quickly made a name for itself for robust and high-quality bag filling machines. Initially, the focus was on all industries that filled their products into bags. With the takeover in 1994 by HAVER & BOECKER in Oelde, Germany, one of the leading packaging machine manufacturers, the company began to specialize in food at the end of the 1990s.

Together with their customers, they regularly work on new price-optimized packaging solutions that take into account the latest packaging regulations for food products - as well as the experience of their experts from daily practice and trends and developments on the international packaging markets.

Founded in 1972 in Hamburg, Feige FILLING has made a good name for itself on the market as a manufacturer of filling machines and filling systems, transport systems and storage technology. In 1987, the company headquarters were relocated to Bad Oldesloe, Germany. On an area of over 12,000 m², the company grew in several construction phases to its current size of 5,400 m² of modern production and office space.

Through innovation and growth, the company has developed into a technology leader in filling technology. To strengthen and secure its market position, affiliated companies were founded in the international growth markets.

Since 2003,  Feige FILLING has been part of the globally active machine manufacturer HAVER & BOCKER headquartered in Oelde, Germany.

In 1975, IBAU HAMBURG started with an immediate success: the development of the original central cone silo, the most important step towards modern silo and mixing technology, related to the storage and removal of powdery mineral bulk materials. All well-known manufacturers now use this fantastic and cost-saving innovation from IBAU HAMBURG.

Many years of experience help IBAU HAMBURG, to support its customers in the implementation of their projects by developing and using customized systems and concepts of the highest quality. As an innovative company IBAU HAMBURG continuously develops its products and components and works continuously on quality improvements.

Founded in 1895, SOMMER  is today a major company for the manufacture and assembly of machines and systems used in a wide range of production areas.
